Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Unfair Ban Because of Brother

I have played csgo for 2 years now, i used to play a lot of jailbreak, but for problems with my family i stopped, so i gave my computer to my brother so he could play, He is (9). SO i gave my brother my pc for some time, since he was using my steam account he thought he could be racist/Homophobic and many more in the server. This happened with out me knowing. Now after 1 year i went to play in my favorite server i saw that i got banned, I asked him and he confirmed the story, If anyone clipped what happened is clear that his voice is way more high pitched than mine.
