General Changes
You will now be able to use 20 checkpoints instead of 10 when doing Segmented runs.
The new world record text will now post one message instead of three.
Noclip will no longer be restricted in start zones.
Changed default round time from 30 to 25 minutes to display a more accurate time remaining.
Increased the amount of time before you are able to RTV from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
Increased the amount of time before you are able to RTV after a failed vote from 0 minute to 2 minutes.
Map voting will now start at 3 minutes remaining instead of 5 minutes.

General Fixes
Added a plugin that will limit the amount of ramp glitches you might encounter when going on surf ramps.
