Battlefield Division Old Avatar!

Since this new forum upgrade, I lost my Battlefield Avatar! How do I get it back? It was custom made for free by a member of our division 5 or so years ago. This is just wrong! Where's all my rewards too! All those years of hard work receiving rewards and all lost? The old forum was better in my opinion!

Okay, thanks for the quick reply. The avatar was special it couldn't be downloaded for some odd reason. Was a link sent to me from a clansmen. Maybe I might have the link stored in my saved messages if they weren't deleted from the switch over. ;(
