New Update from the Department of Justice
Attention Citizens of San Andreas,

After further review of the 2C:28-1a Loitering, the current law states " Loitering is the act of remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time, without any apparent purpose. A public place can be a public ROADWAY, street, alley, sidewalk, park, or shopping area. A public place may also mean a private area that the public generally has access to." Upon review between the Judges, we have found the current need to amend this law. Effective July 25, 2020, at 8:00 AM CST, 2C:28-1a has been remodified to " Loitering is the act of remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time, without any apparent purpose. A public place can be a public ROADWAY, street, alley, sidewalk, park, or shopping area. A public place may also mean a private area that the public generally has access to. To also include; the wearing of masks in public outside of Halloween and Mardi Gras (excluding: N95 Medical Mask and Disposable Medical Mask)." Basically stating in simpler terms, it is now illegal to wear masks in public outside of the holidays listed above.
