Halo 5 custom games was free to play on PC, it was kind of wack, but having the full mp be playable would be the shit
It's likely MS plans to pay for it initially using game sales, or may have some restrictions unless you buy the game MM priority queue and maybe some owners only servers to help deter anti cheats, since mods are basically confirmed I wonder if the slipspace engine will be incredibly moddable
