Resolved CS:GO JB Teleport wars bug

[Cops]

So teleport wars is a special day in CSGO JB where if you shoot someone you both teleport to each others positions. Not sure if this bug was a 1 time thing or has been around for a while but the teleporting bit doesn't work aka the main idea.
