It seems overall we have enough of our playerbase justifying it, plus randoms. Sounds like my concerns about population might not be a problem, if we can maintain this.

The events server will stay up, with events continuing to be hosted every week. Lets see if pop is maintained across a wider period of time

Likely its not going to happen at this rate being real, (this is just what I think, based on what I know about eGO and how it works). The fact is there was a good run where things were hopping daily, but because crazy was the driving force behind it and for whatever their reasons, with within things slowing down, momentum has been lost.

If you want to show support, or want this to be a thing, momentum is what SCP needs. I don't imagine anyone frfr is going to mind if someone steps in and takes some additional initiative.

I'm not saying it'd be a for sure thing. But I mean it's unlikely that the powers that be would decline adopting things officially if the right conditions are met. SCP was on track to be successful; at one point it had some serious momentum behind it.

I think if people want to see SCP more in the community; the opportunity exists and if you rebuild that momentum and have consistency, measurable growth/interest, and passion; you might find some success.

So in short if you want to see SCP more, or a more supported group, I mean the server is still there. Anyone who wants to get involved, probably can, if they talk to the appropriate people and start taking that initiative

Now I'm not exactly an authority on the matter so take what I say with a grain of salt. But I think if someone really really wants this to happen, they only need to take the initiative and start making it happen.
