Short description of the problem (255 char limit)

The record on surf_utopia is a time that's not possible anymore after the block of the golden knife, it still hasn't been wiped.

What server are you reporting this issue on?

surf

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Area to acquire the golden knife for the speed boost is not available anymore.

What should be happening instead?

You can allow the area to be assessable again or just wipe the time.
