I'd recommend going straight to there in the future, making general forum posts can't do anything in terms of getting you unbanned

New accounts generally get banned for ban evasion because it's fairly rare that people come onto our servers are actually new to CSGO but it does happen. Be patient with the ban contest and as long as you truly aren't ban evading, you will be unbanned.
