So i am trying to trade away my StatTrak FN Bayonet Doppler P3 for a ST-FN Freehand. so i added this guy that has a good number of trades, professional looking profile, etc. so i started talking to him about me wanting to trade my knife 1:1 for the knife i wanted. so he asks me to get my CSGO Index screenshot for my knife, im already suspicions because when i look up that website on google, nothing popped up. i was on a voice call /w them on discord and i said, yeah this is a fisher site, im not gonna log into this. he disconnected, blocked me and removed me on steam. the idiot didnt even check that the person who's are he was trying to fish with is a friend of mine in steam, immediately i asked her if this was who she sold the art to, confirmed it wasn't and bang. 10/10 bad scammer.

yeah dont trade with anyone that is trying to get you to login on any site, give them your item early, or use anything scammy.
There are tons of scammers out there so just be smart and dont trade with a private inv person.

Wahtur Wahtur i know my stuff. i didnt fall for it. i messaged Snaw's and the impersonated account (now a chill friend). so its all good, he's been reported, and the original has put in a DMCAA

So I found this new site...

Like what Buster said (he’s a cool guy) I was worried your story was about to go south. So glad that it didn’t, and nice job to catching a scammer!

To see if the sites legit or not sign into steam on the web browser, then the site shouldnt ask for your details when you try to log in

There was a good website before called tf2outpost or something like that...
I mainly used the market to sell my hats for money and then buy a knife and a few keys
