Hey leadership, I have a idea for a scrim type of play in the community.
- Roles |There would be roles, for example CS:GO 10 Man and maybe Mg2 CS:GO 10 man.It would be in CS where you react to a emote and it give you the roles.

-The way you would start | There would be a new chat called In House Scrims and a vc called 10 man scrims there would be CS:GO 10 mans team 1 and then CS:GO 10 man team 2 (like ct and t). People with the role could ping the people with the role and could start a scrim.

-Setup |There would be a setup where you could turn on retakes and pick captains (for eg,ego and higher) There would be a knife round where the team that wins that round get to switch side or stay on their side, and the rest of the game would be a normal comp game.

The idea is for people who are looking for serious play can play seriously and for the more types of casual and fun people they wouldn't have to deal with a toxic environment and would have a good time.

Hope you like the idea.

While I think this would be cool(+1); I see a need for a very high level of coordination and resources.

Per ur suggestion, you'd want a whole set of roles added to the discord, which in turn needs setup, and a category for "X" channels in the discord; of which people are already... Not progressive in terms of utilization of said discord. You then need a dedicated server for the match; which in turn needs to be specially configured, all for this purpose. After which you'd need somebody (ideally with authority) to coordinate the entire process of ensuring the match takes place and rules are followed.

That seems like a lot of coordination and resources. But regardless I mean that is how a new gamemode is made, and it's possible to get all that organized. But it'd definitely be a larger project.

I don't think CS's LE will go for this without a strong show of support. CS has already 6 servers, some of which still need to be shown some love and are being worked on in other projects.

I wish u luck, but I doubt it's gonna happen.
