Not a Bug GTA lockpicks

If you lockpick a car it makes you unable to drive. Basically it turns the engine off and theres no way to turn it on. F3 doesnt work on it neither does f11, only fix i had is typing /skin and changing ur sex and forth.

Its not a bug

You will have to do /hotwire to get the car started.
