I have noticed that during T rounds on any given map in TTT, wallhacks do not work occasionally. This seems to happen more on maps with fog, such as "Manor".

Wallhack is not permanent in that it only gives you walls for 5ish seconds of wallhack before it turns off for 10-15s. Also I'm pretty sure there is a limited range so on bigger maps you might not see everyone.

Wallhack addons are questionable in their own right because of something called Source PVS. Once a player is outside that PVS we cannot reliably track them.
