What is wrong with my computer?

I have had problems with my computer off and on. When i move the mouse the screen usually moves smoothly like it is supposed to. However, recently it seems to skip and as a result my shooting is affected. Anyone have any clue what i can do to fix this problem?

That seems like it a graphics card error... Meaning that its not big enough to handle the memorie level. U should move this too tech help thou....

1) Post your computer specs, if you dont know how go to Start>Run > type "dxdiag"
2) Post the information for your proccessor, RAM, and Graphics card.
3) Go Into CS:S and open up console, and type in "net_graph 3" What is your FPS and Ping ?
If you can't get console open, try pressing ~ or Go to, Options>Keyboard>Advanced>"Enable developers console" IN CS:S options, Post that info and I can help you.

It could be a number of things. Like Nachos said, you should post your specs first so you can let us narrow it down a little. But just a thought: It could also be a mouse driver issue, or if you have a wireless mouse...

I have noticed alot of lag on the servers lately im not sure what has been changed but even i am laggin a lot that just might be it if you havent had a problem before. CSS is very graphix intensive but its very CPU intensive so if you have a decent card and a sucky proccesor you may not be able to get the fps and the ticks needed
