To my Friends and Family
If you are reading this that means I have fallen in the line of duty while upholding my duty to the public. I never pictured myself being here to be honest I felt I would have died during my
tours in Iraq. But I made it!!! Became a Sergeant and a member of the SWAT team. Became a leader of the Public Relations team and loved it good luck team I know yall are strong and will
continue bringing good interactions with the public and police. It was my absolute pleasure serving with each and everyone of you from across the three departments. Yes State I loved working with you as well. Yall became the only family I had when my real family fell apart around me. I have made many friends from around this beautiful city. Even the Criminals became some of my close friends looking at you Rico. I do not know how I died. I just hope it was with bravery, honor, and with my dignity. And not by throwing my car off a cliff. I have lived an exciting life. I was a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps followed in my mothers and father's footsteps. Left and settled down in Los Santos and became just some local police officer. Did what I was told and slowly moved up the ranks. I never cared about my position. I only hope I left an impact on someone's life.
To my Brothers and Sisters I love you.
To my friends party hard and be safe.
To Mcdoogan SWAT Brothers for Life.

Signed
Lieutenant Justin Smith Jr. USMC
2nd Battalion 5th Marine Regiment 3rd Division
