Medium Priority GTAV - Helicopter locking scuffes vehicles

[3dsam1]

Pretty self explanatory, on FiveM at least in police helicopters (maverick/airone) we can lock onto vehicles however this causes the vehicles to be completely scuffed and will disable their vehicle. To replicate just get a police air one helicopter (maverick) and lock onto a non local vehicle.
