CSS dust2 server trolling with radio spam

I know this is not the sub-forum for ban requests, but this has gotten so out of hand on the dust2 Source server. One player is constantly spamming the radio commands and they've been doing the same thing for months. Admins who play there are aware, but all they can do is kick them temporarily.

Demos have been uploaded with a ban confirmed (quite temporary I guess). Regular players are well aware of this troll, and new names I've never seen before seem frustrated and put off from the server. My question is what do you need for a permanent ban? More demos? I have dozens of examples on separate days. Call command? They just reconnect and continue trolling the server.

Why should the other 31 slots on the team have to ignore commands through console while one troll continues to get away with this behavior?

I appreciate your dedication to one of our most senior servers here in Edge Gamers. If there is a repeated offender of such actions, then there should be little reason as to why they’re still permitted here. I’ll have one of my managers @Shayne @Peoples People contact you to provide more information toward this player to see if his time here has come to an end.

In the future, if there is a player who you know has been removed from the server multiple times comes back and causes issues, feel free to contact a member of CS leadership to have them removed for an extended period of time (if not permanently).
