I am VAC banned but have done nor deserve to be VAC banned please help me!

You can try your luck with Steam Support but chances are incredibly low.

Some key points:

Can I appeal my VAC ban?
No. VAC bans cannot be appealed. If a VAC ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove VAC bans applied to accounts for any reason.


I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time of the infraction, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed. While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Couldn't tell you. No one knows other than Valve. Not much you can do other than take a shot at contacting Steam Support but 99.9% of cases will end in you having to make a new account and buy your game again.

No, bans are applied to accounts, not IPs.

Pretty sure VAC bans are permanent and cannot be appealed.

But if a VAC ban is falsely placed, it will automatically be removed by Valve.

Well, evidently something did. Unfortunately we can't really point you to any answers. There's too many possibilities and we will not know. Generally it's triggered by an external program interfering with Steam.

Unfortunately best course is to just start your new account for any games you want to play that use VAC.

Yeah your basically fucked ngl. am like 99% sure steam doesn't take vac ban appeals and steam support can't/won't do anything.

It won’t. It is tied to your account. This is carried with the account on any machine.
