Around 8 usually so if I wake up at 3am its 7 hours of sleep at least but I do sleep 6 hours sometimes

It varries and depends mostly on work. Usually I don't sleep till almost 4 AM and get up around 8/9.

im both, wake up at 6:30 am every day and go to sleep at 11:30 pm to 1 am
