You know what you need to get that even better? and while we're blowing theoretical dollars. http://www.killernic.com/products/comparison.aspx
a nic that has it's own processor. If I had an extra 300 to blow I honestly would consider getting this. Because I can appreciate over the top and unnecessary components for a computer

the only use for water cooling is like if u do crazy over clocking

Also, here's some info on DDR2 vs DDR3 [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZAQ4Y0tjts[/ame]

WOW EMPTY!! That's friggin' INSANE!!! How did you get DDR3 in there? By the way, Killer1 sucks read the TigerDirect reviews.

I went rushing to find the MB rofl. Man, I can't wait for Asus to release a MB that supports the Phenom and has 790i/790a

Phenom ftw

hey empty, why you gonna have 2 nvidia cards on a crossfire board? (no sli)

Ah thanks for pointing that out... sometimes my mind goes in deep dark places called something..

This is what my rig is gonna be, after the summer.

Case: Custom modded Rocketfish/Lian-Li (BEST case manufacturer, EVER)
Processor: Intel Core2Quad Q6700 (upgrading from my Q6600, I need the x10 multi)
Memory: 4x2GB G.Skill DDR2-1000 (upgrading from my 2x2GB pack of the same RAM)
Video Card: Dual Radeon HD4870x2s (Upgrading from a single 3870)
Motherboard: DFI Lanparty DK X48
Keyboard: Logitech G15
Monitor: Hanns.G 28"

Cooling (Deserves it's own section ;))...H20 baby!
CPU: D-Tek Fuzion V2 with quad nozzle
Northbridge/Southbridge/Mofsets, probably by Enzotech
Thermochill PA120.3 Radiator
Custom 3 bay reservoir
D5 Vario pump
Tygon tubing (Might as well go all out...)
A bunch of orange sharpie markers to color my loop
Experimental backplate for the D-Tek Fuzion V2 (should provide lower temps = higher OCs)

Other:
Window install
UV lights (gotta have those with a window ;))
Custom power switches. Resemble those switches that you gotta flip the top off to actually flick the switch...get what I mean? One for main power, one for UV lights, and one to restart.

Oh yea, it's gonne be PIMP.

~Gooda~

hmm, never read the reviews. I guess it just looked good on paper. well then instead of the killernic I'd spend the money on a SSD for my OS and a WD velociraptor for my apps :)

Does anyone have a Antec 1200? i'm trying to compare it to the CM stacker 832
