So, here's my perspective on this matter:

I noticed a while ago that, when someone greeneyedkilla doesn't like gets in his tank, killa completely disengages from whatever fight he's in, yelling at the person in question in chat to get out of his tank. He will go so far as to drive his tank all the way away from the fight, to the uncap, and then sit there for minutes at a time. If they still don't get out, he will grief that player by driving the tank out of bounds. This annoys me, because I can't count on him as a teammate. If. say, he's holding down UAV hill while I'm trying to take B, and then someone he doesn't like gets in his tank, I'm screwed out of my tank support for no good reason. A couple months ago, at some point that I was unaware of, my alt L4RG3 TH1GHS made it onto killa's shit-list. I go out of my way to get in killa's tank when I'm playing as th1ghs now, partly because it's entertaining, and partly out of hope that an admin would notice him doing that and tell him to stop. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, y'know.

The other day, I was giving killa crap for this in chat, and he said "killroy, killshot, trubble, they all know", implying all the admins were aware of and 100% okay with this behavior. He left not long after, and a couple minutes later killroy joined. I asked killroy if he was aware that killa does this, and he said no, and that he'd keep an eye out for it, which implied to me that that behavior was, in fact, not okay. Today, I had the good luck to be playing at the same time as killa and killroy. I gave killroy a heads up I'd show him what I was talking about, and a few minutes later, managed to get in killa's tank. Right on cue, he completely disengaged from the fight, and after a minute drove out of bounds to kill me. I was very amused when killroy !yell'd "greeneyedkilla you know your mom said you had to share your toys," both because it's long overdue at admin told him that and it technically violates the rule about respecting all players. Next tank he got, I got in, and he drove to the uncap, where he sat still for a good 2-3 minutes, before griefing me again. This repeated a couple more times, killa and I both being vocal in chat, until I was kicked for "DISRUPTION.' I will own that I deserved that. I'm writing this post, not to say I didn't, but to ask why killa was not kicked, or warned, or otherwise told to stop breaking rules. Trubble even seemed incredulous that killa griefed me at all, hence why I've gone to the effort of uploading a video of it to youtube and posting here.

good luck man! we have a saing: "worst collision, is collision with fool". this has no good solution for server (you are 2 regulars) just forget about him being dick and focus your game.

apart from your topic - last months, many players are way more sensitive about everything. and tend to react aggressively. maybe quarantine? uncertainity due to covid? elections in u.s.? ...or im more sensitive too??

As I asked you in game , why aggravate greenie when you know it only causes problems and is Server Disruption , you are both good players and we like to see both of you on the server . A lot of players know as well as some Admins that greeneyedkilla does not like anybody in his tank except for a very few players , I've gotten in the tank with him a couple of times and had no issues , because you have to be able to contribute to keeping the tank healthy when you do so , not as a sniper that can only shoot the .50 caliber machine gun while the tank is taking damage , both times I was an engineer and would repair when taking damage . I have seen maybe 2 more players get in the tank with him and had no issues , because they contribute to the welfare of the tank and hence a team effort .

I would suggest that you try getting in the tank with him as an engineer , but now that there is bad blood between you I'm thinking that it is too late , like he said in game he is fairly advanced in age and set in his ways , as stated below in gameme chat , harassment is not welcome on our server and you would only end up getting yourself in trouble . You said at some point in your post that it was amusing to harass him when you know he did not want you in his tank , but it was not amusing to him and causing a whole lot of server disruption , which is not welcome or tolerated on our servers .

Thank you for understanding our position as Admins on the matter .

I just watched your video above and you were indeed doing a good job of spotting and killing enemies , personally I would have had no problem with you being my tank , but greenie is so set in his ways of not having anybody in his tank , especially a sniper or someone that for some reason he does not like , if I'm in a tank I let anybody in , because they can contribute to the team by spotting and shooting enemies and it gives them protection from enemy fire .

What I'm hearing here, Trubble and killroy , (based on the fact you're both defending killa) is that you don't, fundamentally, have any issue with his actions. So, here's what I'm going to do in future:

I don't like having a gunner when I fly. I like being able to seat switch to gunner whenever I want to dart tanks/fire at enemy helos. So, from now on, when someone gets in my apache/havoc gunner seat, I'll either refuse to take off or immediately land, yelling at them in chat to get out. If they still don't get out, I'll fly the helo out of bounds to kill us both. I'll repeat this process as many times as they get back into my helicopter.

It doesn't count as server disruption to disengage from a fight because you don't like who got in your tank? It's not camping in the uncap to drive all the way back to uncap and sit there until they get out? It's not disrespecting other players to call them idiot snipers? It's not griefing to kill a passenger by driving a vehicle out of bounds?

Letherfut , you knew he did not want you in his tank , and at some point said it was entertaining to harass him by getting in the tank again , over and over , as far as I'm concerned next time you do this I'm banning you right away , you already got kicked for harassing a player , even after you were asked to stop by an Admin and the fact that Greeneyedkilla asked you , then told you to get out . You are just trying to manipulate the situation to serve your purpose and get somebody on your side , which will not happen with me or some of our Admins , if you cannot come here to play and have fun without harassing someone then you will be dealt with accordingly .

i know of greeneyekilla not liking players in his tank, but not the team killing thank you for showing it
i kicked you for not stopping after i told you to stop, and you told me no, thats admin disrespect........
i dont like greeneyekilla for doing that i can tell you that, but you need to take it down notch here

I totally agree that there is no rule for obliging a player to let someone get into a tank or a helicopter and I also sometimes prefer to be alone in my tank when my gunner is not doing his job properly!
If I want to be alone, I ask the player to go out and if he doesn't go out I leave my vehicle or I return to the base and I will look for another to be alone but I do not kill a teammate so that he understand that this presence disturbs me because for me it is "team grief".
The video clearly shows a voluntary act to kill a teammate and for me a warning will be the minimum to give to this player even if we can understand his act!

Killa can ask someone to exit his vehicle, but going out of bounds to kill them, or camping the vehicle in the uncap would not be acceptable actions. There is a open spot for a player in the vehicle, it he has a friend that he wants to use it he can ask for someone to exit and let them in, but not to leave it empty because he does not want anyone else in the vehicle with him.

I told him last night that doing what he did would only give him a bad reputation and lead to an Admin having to step in , even if Letherfut was doing it just to harass him and said it was amusing , which he got kicked for and will continue to get W/K/B for it , harassing other players and finding that amusing is not acceptable conduct .

My,My,My, what a mess. first off i do apologize to ALL EGO memebers and ADMIN. My intentions were not to cause this firestorm about some one camping in the tank i commandeer for the moment. I enjoy playing on your server and the competition. It is VERY unfortunate and against the rules that i team grief THICK THIGHS aka LETHERFUT. Nobody has the right to refuse a seat to anyone. Just appreciate the help & stop you bitching at each other and grow up If you can't play in peace the its time for a holiday for both of you. Its that simple. I can't believe the rubbish im reading here . grrr

If you know and are apologizing for being an A$$hole about the situation , why did you do it when you know it was wrong , if someone does not want me in their vehicle , I don't get in , simple is it not . The fact that you only did it to Pi$$ him off is very childish and harassment is not on my favorite list of things to put up with , that is all I'm saying on the matter .
