Resolved i really dont know whats happening

whenever i look at old threads like this one theres just question marks in place of apostrophes and commas

idk if this is a bug or if its just legend putting question marks in his posts but this is not the first time ive seen this

its probably bc of the way the imported old posts into new forums, which would end up changing special characters like ' and , to ? because it doesn't know how to interpret it

This is exactly what it is. The old posts didn't convert properly and certain characters show up as ?

Nothing will be done about it as it's really not an issue.

You are correct, it's an issue caused from importing the old forum posts with special characters, not really worth fixing since you can still read the messages.
