did you grab his steam id and post in the request bans section? If not, next time thats what you do pal

It also helps if you enter sb_status in console. That way ALL of the steam id-s are in the log.

also you could always get on x-fire, we have quite a few members who use it, so theres a chance you could grab an admin quickly, I know I'm on x-fire for most of the day.

yea there were like 5 of em guys on doing that blocknig every possible exit on that map there was an admin on thats why i didnt get steam ids or any of that and untill now i didnt even know how to do so

They might be imposters but im not sure. Probably not though. They have a nice custom server also, but that doesnt matter.
