when u buy an oem cd do u get the service packs 4 free or do u have 2 buy them 2 ?

Service Packs are free, All it is is a bunch of Updates.

just make sure u buy the cd with the service pack on it so u wont have to dl it

really the discs with service pack(s) are more for convenience than anything else.

i wouldnt use sp1. I installed it and it made my cpu usage shoot up to 100% the entire time. Without it the only time my cpu usage is above 30% is in games. Wait until SP2.....

something is wrong with your computer then, because SP1 for sure does not use that many resources or make your computer "work" that hard
