It doesnt happen often, but sometimes a warden will get last guard, and then it goes to LR ... and then will kill the remaining Ts because they were "rebelling before last guard happened" which seems to be backwards to me. In last guard warden is removed. It seems confusing and unclear. I'm pretty sure everyone is pardoned aslong as they arent currently rebelling or red when last guard ends... Or do I have it wrong?

yes, everybody is pardoned, idk how i know this but i do

nah when its lr after last guard the Ts are pardoned automatically, since theirs no warden as you said.

Once the last guard has killed everyone besides the last 2, they are pardoned unless actively rebelling (shooting the ct)
edited because i cant grammar

Not sure if the rules have changed with this, but on last guard at last request the last 2 may LR as upon last guard being activated, they all become rebellers of the same nature regardless of whether or not they rebelled previously.

When the last guard is activated the player is instructed on screen that they must kill the remaining t's until there is 2 remaining for lr. Any further killing after the fact (unless the t's are still actively attempting to kill the guard) would be a freekill and should be handled accordingly.

"Last CT/Guard - Last Guard with the beacon MUST kill all prisoners except the remaining 2 T's unless they are rebelling (it is automatically activated by the server when there is only 1 Guard alive whilst there are more than 4 Guard's in the team)."

It does not matter if the last 2 t's were rebelling prior to lr as they should be pardoned unless they continue to rebel after lr is initiated.
