EC ManHunt Event

Time: 10:00 est
Instructions: There will be three selected people who will be wearing civ clothes that will have a hit on their head, but the target must be alive which means you would need to kidnap the target and bring them to the one of three drop off locations in which money will be exchanged for the person of target after verification it's the right person. The drop off location is a secret destination which can be revealed by receiving a riddle which you would need to solve and bring them to the drop off location without cops and other competitors finding out you kidnapped a target . The targets can be anywhere in the city. They can be on the sidewalks, sitting on a bench, at the police station (gotta be smart if a target is around cops), and can even be in a regular everyday car (which can be a huge giveaway. Obviously you're not going to find the target just based on that so here's some clues to identify if that's a target which will be revealed at certain times at the beginning of the event. Watch out for cops cause once the target gets kidnaped there will be a message going out to the cops about a person being kidnapped.
This event is post to give off some great fun crim RP with some cop RP so let's Initiate RP and RP everything out.
Clues:
Clue 1: Gang gang, Grove street represent!
Clue 2: Enjoys a walk in the park and looking at art and homeless people.
Clue 3: He loves drinkin, shootin, and cars yee

Rules: Failing to follow the Government Rules will be dealt with by a Gov Official, no using helis or planes, Killing or sabotaging other players is allowed only by following the rules of the Government. You must Initiate A RP Scene before kidnapping the target or trying to steal a target from another person, Everything is to be kept IC and not to be OOC.
