Never Buying a Razer again, help finding a new mouse pls?

Just in case anyone buys a wired / Wireless dual mode mouse in the future...best to be careful to never lose the dongle and need help. Razer months later tells me the dongle one of their associates told me to get wasn't even for the right mouse and now the warranty is expired and they don't want to help, gave me the middle finger basically and told me to sign up for their newsletter to get $10 off from them... that pairing utility they sent me wasn't even for my mouse, let alone the dongle they sent me 3 times! This is a Razer Lancehead (wired/wireless) and apperantly there's one called Lancehead Wireless also which is not the one I own since mine does both.

With all that being said and after all the Google searching I haven't really found a decent mouse. Anyone can suggest a non razer mouse that can do both?
I replied to them again to see if they do the right thing but I doubt it. I guess the moral of the story is don't expect razer to stand by their products -_-

damn i have the razer mamba wireless, razer blackwidow tournament and a razer firefly mousepad and razer wireless earphones. dont ask me. yikE

My mouse is a g pro wireless, my only issue is sometimes it has double click. Besides that the mouse is really nice
 
I have a steelseries mouse, its really good. About 3 years old now, still works perfectly
 
logitech and corsair make good mice. I've been using a corsair glaive since launch, I believe 3 years ago, and it's been solid. They both make mice in like every price range too

this is my mouse and I am a very awesome competitive CS:GO league player and i use this mouse for mouse binds in WoW. dell by Microsoft sells the best in the market if you want a gaming, competitive, ultra mega mouse that's guaranteed to increase frames, DPS(if applicable), headshots(if applicable) and more!
 
Any of them dual wireless/wired though?

This is a similarly shaped mouse to the lancehead, and I know for a fact it works in both ways.

LMAO Ric Ric , i have to deal with one of those at work but like the newer ones and they aren't by Microsoft just dell.

Razer asked me to DM them on twitter and I also heard back from the same guy that replied to my case. Basically they aren't going to budge. Guess I'll slowly start switching over to Logitech. I learned my lesson to never buy a razor product again.

Razer is know for having the just to short warranty, sorry to hear about it, hopefully you like your new mouse when you get it.

60-100 something depending what you add, I think this is a pretty decent mouse

This one looks dope but it's wired only. I didn't they had customized options like this for mice.

You know it bothers me that I had a Razer phone even at one point like Im deep in their ecosystem and I guess they don't care to do the right thing over there. Thanks everyone and yea I'll probably see if there's a black friday deal on it. My mouse still works wired just that I wanted to be able to take it to work etc and the dongles razer sent me 3 times aren't even for that mouse. I used to take my Mamba with me until the cable went bad, that's when I got the Lancehead. It's a learning experience I guess...

I stopped using Razer awhile ago. Their products are overpriced, and the quality doesn't match the price. At the moment, I'm using the Corsair M65 Pro RGB FPS. I haven't had any issues with Corsair. However, the mouse isn't what you are looking for, but I'm sure Corsair has something you would enjoy. Another brand I like is steel series. I've had a pair of headphones for around a year and a half and haven't had any issues. Honestly I would pay close attention to reviews.

So I wanted to update you guys. Razer reached out to me after pushing and pushing this case. They are going to do the right thing and replace the mouse! It was not easy but they came through for me. I did order the logitech mouse Buster recommended too since it was on sale. Anyways, although they failed to acknowledge they were at fault by them keeping on me being out of warranty, like i get it I was 1 day out of warranty...their team did screw up and they needed to do what was right.

It's refreshing to see a company do the right thing. It is unfortunate that it took so long!
 
I recommend any of the hero sensor mouse's from logitech... solid mouse's they are


Rocket jump ninja is a good ytuber to follow, he has a site that you should see..

reviews on countless mouses...

I have a g502 hero.... Never wanted any other mouse's at all...
