i need to no how i can a special sig up . please help i have the picture and banner already made but dont no how i can load it its in the meomory of a friend who just died

You can upload your signature in Photobucket.

And when it's uploaded in Photobucket you can see 4 codes and then take the one that is called IMG Code

Copy the code and then go to settings and then paste it and press something like OK
