On mg_Nebo2_course door closes while players can still spawn

Description of the bug.
The spawn door will close before all players are dead at 3:15ish and everyone has to wait for the round timer to end. I'm pretty sure this happens because the map isn't supposed to have infinite respawns and should kill you after 3:15

What should be happening instead?
The door should stay open or the round should end.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Stay in spawn until 3:15
