Hello everyone!
Coming to you all regarding some reminders when it comes to job sets for whitelisted jobs.
To our players:
Please make sure that you are only requesting the jobs and job sets you actually are. Additionally, you should only be requesting these job sets for the characters actually on the appropriate roster.
To our eGO admins:
Please ensure that you are checking the whitelisted rosters to ensure the player that is requesting the job set is actually on the roster & that they are wearing their eGO tags. We should strive to enforce a zero-tolerance policy: if they are not on the roster, do not set the job. Additionally, set them only to the rank they are, no lower or higher. If the roster is out of date, they need to address that with their chain of command. All of this applies to admins who set their own jobs as well.
To our whitelisted job Owners/Department Leads/etc:
Please ensure you are updating your rosters promptly to make sure players are being assigned the appropriate job. If you have the job levels on the roster (preferred), please make sure they are up to date.
