There's a report going around that blizzard will be announcing a new title soon. Probably at blizzcon but it will be big. Lot of rumors speculating Diablo 3. A world of warcraft equivalent for Starcraft is a possibility though it's hard to consider when WoW is still generating a TON of revenue every day.

Both Diablo AND Starcraft have some pretty active communities. Starcraft not so much in the states though it's there but Diablo... Oh man is Diablo still popular. New Ladder Season starting up next week or so too.

The 20 bucks i payed for Warcraft 3/TFT was well spent on Dota alone, sadly.
WoW is another story entirely. The game is very well made. If you're not into the MMORPG scene, then so be it but Blizzard has made gaming gold with what they did because they give something to EVERYONE. While when i played (and raided) constantly i detested that very idea because hey: Why can't use "hardcore" raiders have free stuffz when the casual moms/dads/kids can play for 2-5 hours a week and get gear almost comparable to mine. There's a lot to be said when you're a top server guild even if you're months behind those who were on top (like Nihilum.) There was always something very accomplishing about killing a hard boss for the first time.
