Bugged landmark angles for various maps

Description of the bug.
You spawn facing the wrong direction on:

Surf_simpsons (roughly the entire map)
Surf_summer (stage 2, completely random)
Surf_lightrust_easy (entire map, completely random)
Surf_begginer (stages 4 and 5 but there may be more, completely random)
Surf_bonkers_v2 (stage 6)
surf_concreteideas (may already be fixed but entire map)
Surf_benevolent (stage 4 somewhat random)
Surf_whiteout (stage 4)

What should be happening instead?
