Cop: Hey sir how are you? How many people are inside?
Criminal: 22 of us inside
Cop: is the hostage okay? Hostage are you okay?
Hostage: yes
Criminal: No AIR1, NO spike strips, no speed unit, clear passage

CRIMINAL ZOOMS AWAY IN HIS LAMBORGHINI

If this is how you do robberies, you are putting no enjoyment in for the cops, and the only thrill for the criminal, is I get to drive fast away from the cops!! WHOOOOO

I will add to this - personally as a cop I enjoy a competitive chase, but when the crim is in a lambo, and your in a tahoe, there really is nothing for the cop to do. I can see why a lot of the cops don't enjoy it tho, because we get it every single day.

Try something different. Please.

I would be happy to see the pay increase, only after I see the quality of RP increase.

Ever since I became a cop on the Fivem Server, Bank robberies have been the same.
There is that one bank robbery that happens in a blue moon that people enjoyed.
The Bank Robberies *usually* go like this

1. Rob a Bank.
2. Demands ( No Speed Units, No Spike Strips, No AirOne, and Free Passage )
3. Run from cops in a supercar.

I am not saying this is a bad thing because, in the end, it is roleplay. I wished that people would RP with cops more. I think the main reason no one RP's with cops anymore is that they don't want to get a max jail sentence.

If the roleplay is good, I will not charge you with max times.
Although, not all cops are like that. So, beware of what you do.

Roleplay-
In my opinion, the only thing that needs to improve is the roleplay that is provided by both sides. (Cops & Criminals )

300k is already alot compared to the money we used to get. An 800k payout for a fleeca? Thats huge btw. And legion fleeca being hard? Dont rob it. I used to plan my robberies, like a week or two in advance, come up witha smart plan and you can get out 800k for 4 guys, even 3, hell even 2 if i wanted. I dont see a reason to change it atm, maybe youre just looking at it the wrong way

No I see what you are saying and agree. But you cannot rob a bank without a card. Not only that but key cards and insanely limited. I would be fine with a 80-100k payout for regular. I want to do it for rp, but its not worth the fine and jail time, if there is a limited reward. Before I left a couple weeks ago you had to have a card. So I think you either make cards easy to get, or make it so you dont need a card. We should get alteast a decent reward. I am not asking for 500k or anything like that. Just a good enough amount to make it worth it
