Yea man, I came home from work today, thinking "Man, a few more days until the creature creator is out" Only to see it was leaked. It made my day.

If you have been following the forums at all, you have probably realized that the creature creator was leaked and it is spreading across the net. It’s the trial version, not the full copy so essentially you are gaining access to what would have been released for free on the 17th. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable posting a link to it - but I don’t mind talking it either, as it is free and if you frequent any Spore forum you should already know about it. You can find it through the usual shady channels. If you take a look at Sporepedia, you can see that there are now thousands of creatures - more are being added every minute. I will post a link to the creature creator if Maxis isn’t against it.

Looks like the online portion: uploading and whatnot of it has been shut down for now. You can still download and use the program, and download existing ones, but until the 17th, you can't upload.

I can't wait until MMORPG games have character creators like these. Imagine how cool it would be to look however you want in a WoW like environment? Heck, imagine how cool it would be too look however you want on TF2 haha
