I was inactive for a while on edge gamers but now Ive been playing. Im not exactly sure how it works but will I get my E Tag back eventually?

yes ! you will always have your e tag, however it may not always show in game due to you not logging into the fourms. all you need to do for your e tag to appear in game again is log into the forums and youre all good
