New Chat Shortcuts aren't working
Description of the bug.
All new chat shortcuts (!five, !smile, !1v1, !heart, and !bear) aren't working and print nothing to chat.
What should be happening instead?
Each command should print out its appropriate prefix to a message, even when specifying a message nothing is printed.
Describe how to replicate the bug.
Join / be in a gang with the any of the new chat shortcuts. Type any of the new chat commands that the gang allegedly has access to (eg: !five, /five, or sm_five) and they will not work.
