What application are you reporting this issue on?
TeamSpeak 3

What server is this happening on?
The Teamspeak

Short description of the bug.
the new domain doesn't have a DNS record pointing to the TS

Description of the bug.
So if you do ts3.edge-gamers.com it forwards you to the TS. The new domain of just edgegamers, does not forward ts3.edgegamers.com to the TS.

What should be happening instead?
ts3.edgegamers.com should also be forwarding TS connections to the TeamSpeak.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Open Teamspeak, try connecting to ts3.edgegamers.com

Extra info? Sounds like one just needs to dupe the DNS entries for the old domain regarding TS over to the new domain.

That works, as intended, however, I do think ts3.edgegamers.com should also point. I wouldn't call it exactly a bug I suppose but I felt it was probably best left here.

Moved to suggestions forum~

I personally don't think there's a point in having the subdomain ts3, ts works just fine and is more representative of the versioning since TeamSpeak is working on a new version of the program, TS5.

I'll allow the community to discuss this and vote on whether or not it should be implemented.

absolutely agree

pfff. by the time this suggestion gets resolved, we've already moved from ts to discord

I'll add it to the shorturl shortly, might be a sec before it's live though. As for the ts3 subdomain, I don't think we'll be adding that as ts is just as fine.
