Cannot Start Spotify In My PC.

Hello friends. Due to some unknown issue, I cannot use Spotify. Just showing “Oops! something went wrong Spotify” error. Guys, I don’t know why this error is showing and how to fix this issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions? It will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for replying. I did try reinstalling multiple times before posting here. However, I did find a fix for this issue after Googling it. I stumbled on this after searching vigorously yesterday. I had to change my Spotify account address to the same billing address that is used in the Spotify family plan my brother subscribed to.
