i feel like people in the explosives proxy should hear the beep aswel

Extra info? not sure if its intented or not just seem weird. might not even be a bug

It's likely intentional (or perhaps neglectful) behaviour, the "you found a decoy body" and the sound plays to only the person who scanned it. Having the sound play to those nearby may be a good idea though. I'll bring it up later today.
