What are your best childhood memories with gaming?

All these games we grew up playing (well some or most) have played these games that have just made it amazing, like these games:
Halo
Portal
Grand theft auto
Call of duty

Even mobile games like:
Angry birds
Temple run
Fruit ninja

ETC...

What game did you grow up with? And what are your best memories?
Throwing my pc out my window as a 11 yr/o, dont ask

My friend and I used to stay up in the basement playing all sorts of RPGS from FF1, Shining force, Dragon Warrior. We would switch out consoles. Used to be super cold in the winter because the heat didn't work in the basement....didn't stop us from staying up all night gaming. Then we would meet up with our friends to play some good ol DnD.

Skyrim
Wii resort sports
Halo reach
Bo2/bo1
Back on my ps3/wii/xbox 360 days

Bejeweled 3 which I still play it and I beat my husband all the time, he will never ever beat me in any game, that's why my name is Frost, you can't break a frost environment and then along these lines gotta go Bully Scholarship edition, Jazz Rabbit, another popcap game which was called water bug, pretty entertaining, taz wanted ahaha that was one kind of a game, especially the beach level and a bit of nfs, my favorite being carbon but is dull since I know it, I loved that japanese music in duels with a wheel that game is an anxiety simulator in duels, the city races are to be there as you would say. Wolverine also, wolverine.. and my all time favorite game being BioShock 2.

By far I had the most fun on the ps3 playing bo2 and trick-shotting, was terrible at it but just the excitement was unreal.

My first memory of playing games was playing spy vs spy with my brothers on the PlayStation 2, I was quite young and didn't have a clue how to play they always beat me but I always remember it as that game was alot of fun, I didn't properly play any games until we got a xbox 360 and played i cod 4 nearly everyday

also I gotta add FEAR is a childhood game, the second installment is the best the franchse given. Even the 2011 is good but lacks any personality, the campaign as Fettel is possible if you replay the game two more times and it's the same fish food when it shouldn't. It should tell us maybe the world of Alma since he's veiled by her, anyhow the one thing the game did good was how the main menu was arranged to work in those specific parameters and the online which was a good thrill, playing as ghosts etc. Imo FEAR combat did the online much better but that's me.

First game ive ever played and probably my favourite game of ALL TIME would be rachet and clank. I played that game as a kid and when I was in the hospital for over 2 months as a 7 year old the hospital allowed my mum to bring in my tv and my ps2 and I just played that all day every day on repeat and even when I had other options to play I was still only playing ratchet and clank.

Playin BO2 on the ps3 wit a voice changer actin like I wasn't a squeaker, or watchin TheRadBrad play some games I couldnt afford lmfao

Honestly, when I was a child gaming meant going outside and playing hide and seek, rundown, riding bikes, skateboarding or basketball.

....things have changed.

Memories of that time we played Nintendo and Sega, until the Play Station, now the cellphone is full of games, there are millions of game applications for smart phones.

Grew up on games like Minecraft, Halo, CoD, Lego Batman for the PS2, eventually CS:GO

Best memories I have from gaming in general are all from an old CS:GO community I used to be apart of called GiClan. Spent majority of 2014 - 2017 playing Deathrun and chilling with people. Also where I met @santa for the first time a long time ago

Might aswell say what I grew up with.

It was some mario games, 2d and 3d. Unfortunately I don't remember the games exact name but they were a blast!

Staying up till 5am playing Minecraft with my buddy, back when we could only play together on local ip. Halo 3 was gas, star fox adventures on the Gamecube, and ding dong ditch lol. Oh man, lets not forget about Mario Party 64 on the wii.
Staying up late playing Minecraft with my friends was one of my favorite things to do in high school.
