Counter-Strike Not Planned CSGO - JB - Remove RTV availability after a regular map vote has been made

This is pretty cut and dry, so I will keep it short.

After a map vote, people are still able to RockTheVote. When they do this, it immediately changes the map in the middle of a round, regardless of what is going on. If the RTV Criteria is met after a map vote that was NOT rtv, the map immediately changes during the round. This is abused by dead people and should be removed to allow the people who are alive to finish the round. I don't think this is an intended feature, but I am not sure.

This has been discussed before; however, was unable to find the link to the last time it was suggested. It has been discussed multiple times, however.

There were points made that it disrupts the current round, so it shouldn't be a thing.
But other points were made to suggest it usually only happens as a method to prevent delayers from taking forever.

I could go either way on the issue, But I'm sure before long we will get more opinions on this thread. If someone could find the last time this was suggested and link, It'd be appreciated.

After discussing this with CS LE we do not plan on changing this at this time.

4g0tt3nSou1 made some valid points as to why we shouldn't restrict RTV after a map is chosen:

There were points made that it disrupts the current round, so it shouldn't be a thing.
But other points were made to suggest it usually only happens as a method to prevent delayers from taking forever.
