District Attorney McFarley announced his retirement earlier this week during a news conference. DA McFarley has been representing the State of San Andreas in court as the District Attorney ever since the resignation of DA. Haynes in August of 2020. While it will be a tough act to follow, we look forward to seeing who will take his place in office in the next few weeks.

- Representing the State of San Andreas in court - This includes representing Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Services and any other government control / owned entities.
- Overseeing the District Attorney's Office (This includes DA Investigators and appointing an Assistant District Attorney once one fulfils the requirements.)
- Being available to participate in discussions and representing government entities on short notices.
- Actively participating in the growth of the Department of Justice and the District Attorney's Office
