Not Planned jb cts swapped for 1:3 ratio should be put as #1 in queue

Nope. I've had it happen to me before where I have spent 30 mins q'ing for CT and then I get it only to be swapped the next round for ratio. Was pretty annoying.
I agree the queue system might need to be modified. Those swapped for balance should get higher weight, along with DS's and Admins. Not a significant weight but a weight.
The people swapped for balance get shafted because it isn't their fault its unbalanced typically. Queues for CT can be as short as a round or as long as an entire map. They could spend half the game trying to Queue for CT only to instantly get swapped back? Buzz kill. I'm a T main, but some people prefer CT. To me it just seems like we can fix this and tip our hats to they players this applies to, showing we care.
As for DS's, this is another hat tip. It gives an incentive and in theory shouldn't guarantee a slot, but give a boost in q's.
Weight for admins might fix moments when some cooler heads are needed, incredibly toxic CTs are amuck, its basically chaos, the weight would mean trusted players can step in and ideally bring some order back to it.
