Server Crash

Description of the bug.
Server crashed when switching from surf_eclipse to surf_heaven_njv. Server then restarted on surf_easy1

What should be happening instead?
Map change to surf_heaven_njv

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Start on surf_eclipse, rtv to trigger map vote, switch to surf_heaven_njv

if it is happening over and over again get the attention from admins currently online and see if they could get higher authority on to fix the issue.
