How do you manage Work/School/Gaming life

meh I'm just a mess, i sometimes let everything for the end so i just stress a lot, so because of that i have sometimes a lot of free time but i use it playing another game other than the one eGO support, sleep lot of hours or in my phone looking at memes or videos, my life pretty simple

7am wake up
8-9am workout
10am school
12-1pm lunch
1pm-5pm more school
5-8pm work
8-9pm game
*sometimes I game during zoom. shhhhhhh*

12-1am sleep

2 days out the week I work mornings and the other 4 days of the week I work nights.
Generally I wake up 90 minutes before I have to clock in to give me time for a quick snack, shower, cleaning, and managing my animals to get to work 15 min early. Once I get home I spend a little time with my lady laying down then we get up make dinner, clean, and decide if we both want to play ( our set ups are in the same room ) Often times we'll play dayZ or she'll play Valorant and I'll hop on the eGO Bhop server. Sometimes she gets off early and I play a little later and get off a hour or two before she goes to work nights.

I have a really bad anxiety formed OCD where schedules have to stay the same, waking up at the same time, leaving at the same time, getting to work almost exactally 15 minutes early everyday but for some odd reason I can function on as little as 5 hours of sleep sometimes 4 hours of sleep. Most of my gaming gets done when shes at work. But thoughout the day I have to monitor websites from my phone and of course monitor a few discords. It becomes a pain in the ass but after a while you start to get used to the stress levels of managing work, family, social life ( idk what that is ), hobbies, and personal mental health time.

My work week schedule usually includes two free days, during which I am engaged in cleaning the apartment, washing dishes and other similar things. As for video games, I usually set aside 3-4 hours for this on the weekend, but if the game is unpredictable good, then I can spend much more time on it...
