Short description of the bug.
radio key bind on the right analog stick (xbox controller)

Description of the bug.
every time i look down with the right analog stick with my xbox controller the radio comes out. Wasnt a problem before you guys updated the voice settings

What should be happening instead?
i should be able to look around freely with the right analog without the radio coming out every second

Extra info? lots of other people or having the same problem
