The video card is solid in my opinion. By itself, It's roughly $500 right now and if I remember correctly, it is the world's first ray tracing video card and supports DLSS 2.0, which matters to some people. The cooling specification is fans and it regulates boosting the clocks by approximately 1600 MHz while you're gaming if it's necessary and the conditions are met properly. I also believe the boost is automatic and you can not control it. Please verify for accuracy.
That Intel processor is around $350-$400 and has a base of 2.6 GHz, but supports up to 5.0 GHz when using Intel's Turbo Boost, if I remember correctly. I would definitely clarify that first though before you go using OC technology because I could be incorrect. The nice thing about this processor is it will automatically give you that extra boost as it's required for whatever you're doing. I believe the max memory size for this processor is somewhere around 128 GB, if you need that much RAM and it supports DDR4 RAM.
Another good feature is that this processor comes with identity protection by built-in security token technology and provides a hardware-based proof of a unique user’s PC to websites, financial institutions, and network services; providing verification that it is not malware attempting to login. That is very important for people like me and may or may not be important to you. Overall, I don't have any complaints about this processor.
Like most laptops, when you use them for gaming purposes, it is prone to higher temps, not necessarily overheating, as that indicates a hardware has failed or is not performing due to extreme stress conditions, etc. Higher temps may be present in laptops and are typically compensated by higher fan power that can be annoying to some individuals. However, this can usually be modified by some program that controls your fans, your BIOS, etc.
With the reviews posted on that page and the technology provided, I believe this is a fair deal. My post above is simply my opinion and knowledge in the technology field and I would recommend you fact check the above post before making the decision to purchase this laptop. I have had no issues with MSI and I've been using them for years. With the year warranty and tech support being an extra boost of confidence, if anything were to happen, you would be covered.
You asked for a review on this laptop, not people telling you to stick with a PC.
