[Forums] Add a Donation Goal

I see this feature on other websites/communities with great success and I think it will be a good feature to incentivize players to donate to the community. We could set monthly/yearly goals for the community to hit and provide necessary funding for the community to continue to expand to other games/servers. We could reward these donators and display top donators I am sure but couldn't tell you the exact logistics.

+1, This gives goals that this community can aspire to, which in turn brings the community together. This would add function, but not without cluttering the forums. It'd be nice to see this.

Yeah, I’m cool with this. We used to have it ages and ages ago. Not sure why we did away with it. Our bills used to be huge too back then, even with some fairly big sponsors. It’s definitely less now at least.

But does seem like a great way for players to know that it’s a good time to help the community out when it does need a boost.
