Incorrect Points Given For Completion

Description of the bug.
Finished a map for the first time. I should be given the "map finish points" which you can see by typing !mi. Instead, I only received 9 points. This also happened on another map yesterday, but I didn't get the screenshot then.

What should be happening instead?
Receive 25 points for finishing.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Finish a map for the first time (this occured on surf_dinwood), check points received with what you should get on !mi
