even though cs:go has a growing community, it is getting outdated. its behind most modern shooters in terms of graphics and it still uses the source engine which limits its capabilities. that being said, a new game might be annoying to those who have spent countless hours and money on cs:go and many people will stay with cs:go. what do you guys think about it?

CSGO is here to stay. Graphics are just fine and the gameplay is "simplistic" which makes it viewerfriendly.

Csgo will just like Cs1.6 always be the best FPS game ever made. No matter how much you improve your graphics or game

csgo won't die for a long time no matter what valorant or any other tac fps does it won't die for a long time unless valve released another cs game in which case csgo might die. In general csgo has carried the torch from 1.6 and css to it self well and i don't think it will die for casuals... Although no doubt csgo pro is kind of dying especially in NA where covid has fucked up a lot of the big teams like c9. csgo will hold strong.

Is there better looking shooters? Yes.
Is there more modern shooters? Yes.
Is CSGO getting old on the block? Yes.
There is no modern, or other shooter to my knowledge however, that has the capabilities for a community, and community based servers that CSGO currently has.

Maybe one day, but as of now, CSGO is the king of community based shooters.
